New Photos

I just posted some new photos of our recent camping trip in Northern Wisconsin. It was a great time. Among other crazy things we did a portage. I wonder whose bright idea that was? You can probably guess. It led to wading through knee deep mud keeping canoe on your head with one hand and trying to keep the mosquitoes away with your other hand. You're right it was me, but I can only take partial credit or blame whatever way you want to look at it because I had assistance by two other boys to come up with the idea. At the end of the week four of us ended up paddling back to get the van and bring it closer to the camp though a rainstorm with two foot waves so that everyone did not have to go through all of that. We packed light thinking that we might end up getting tipped over or swamped by the waves and have to tip the canoe back up. All of this was done with thunder rumbling in the distance. Crazy or not, sore muscles and all it was fun and I got some great pics of it all.
