I stood there and looked at my watch and reached for it to begin to put it back on but I noticed that it had lost fifteen minutes today. I began thinking WOW it would be great to have those extra fifteen min again so that I could get a couple more things done. (My days get packed a bit too full). All of this got me started thinking about how we spend our time each day. As a young person I tend think ahead to the future and what God has in store but our day's unlike that broken watch can't be turned back. We have to be careful each day how we spend our time because as the saying goes, "Minutes make hours and hours make day's and day's make a lifetime." The time that I am spending now is just as important as the time that you may or may not have 10 years from now. Make good use of the time that you have now. Be dilligent and faithful in what is before you each day and they will add up to a lifetime of wisely used time.
All of that from a broken watch. Amazing how the smallest things can be used by the Lord to drive a point home.
