Classes Start Monday

I wanted to get a quick post up before class starts on Monday. The last 2 weeks have been good preparing and flying. I have flown almost 25 hrs in the last week and a half. That is more flying than I have ever done before in such a short time. To be honest, I love it! We are trying to get some hours on a new engine in one of the airplanes before we go up with students next week so that is the reason for all of the flying. We have been all over the country , Oklahoma, Kansas, Duluth MN, and Washington Island WI. Oklahoma was the best of all. That trip consisted of a stop in Wichita Kansas to deliver some packages along with an overnight camp in a little town called Pawnee OK. We pitched our tent right beside the airplane and cooked dinner on a little camp stove. I think that we were the talk of the town because it didn't seem like much happens around there. I posted some pics of the trip in the my pictures link on the right side of my home page. The trip was great except for the wind. It was so windy all night that we thought the tent was going to blow away. The only thing that kept it down was us laying in it! Those of you that are young will understand how not getting much sleep because the tent is rocking all over and sweating all night because it is so hot and muggy can be called fun. Some people call us crazy but we thought it was a great adventure!

On a more serious note I would appreciate your prayers for this next week as I start teaching. It is going to be very busy for me as an instructor with alot of hours at work each week. Also I would appreciate prayer for the students that I get. I don't know who I get until Monday. Please pray specifically that they would be willing to work and diligent.
