These are some just recent JAARS videos about some of the training and testing that we have to go through. The first one is of the Technical Evaluation that the pilot /mechanic applicants have to go through and pass before they can go on. You can think of it as an entrance exam. As I watched it there were alot of memories that came flooding back from when I did it. The flight instructor in the video was one of mine when I was there. The maintenance instructor also worked with me when I was there and has been a good friend for many years.
The second video is of some of the training that I have to still go through. It highlights one of the weeks of the training that I am very excited about, mountain week. Enjoy

I had no idea JAARS did mountain week in Avery county. It's not that far from where I grew up.
The mountains of NC are some of God's best work. I know you will enjoy it.
