DONE!!

Thanks for all of your prayers. As of about 2:00 yesterday I am done for this semester. I had one student to finish up and some papers to grade so it was a quiet day. All of my students finished on time except for one that could not finish his check ride because of weather on Friday of last week. Only one failed otherwise everyone passed on the first try. I was very happy for that because it means alot more work for me if they don't pass on the first try. If they fail I have to fly with them again to retrain them, do all of the paperwork again to send them to the check ride, besides having them retake the check ride.


I have found that I enjoy teaching, most of the time. I don't enjoy the environment that I have to do it in now because of the other instructors but I do enjoy working with the students. They can be quite a challenge to work with though too when they can't show up on time and don't want to learn.


I go back to work January 5th so I have some time to catch up on needed sleep and enjoy spending some time with everyone here at home. Us boys have lots of plans but we'll see how many things we get done. I get a totally new group of guys in January so I guess we will see who I get.


Christmas has sort of snuck up on me this year. I am working on putting together some thoughts about it and I will post them when I get done with them in a couple of days.
